If you want more information on transgender, or are looking for community or products for the FTM, here's my collection.
General Information
Gender Organisation UK
http://www.gender.org.uk/
Full of useful information on gender issues in general.
BBC Surgery - About Transgender
http://www.bbc.co.uk/switch/surgery/advice/body_mind/everyone/gender_dysphoria_transgender/
Really this seems to be aimed at teenagers, but it's still a pretty coherent explanation/FAQ.
Gender Identity Research and Education Society (GIRES)
http://www.gires.org.uk/
Information for transpeople, families, and healthcare professionals - mostly UK informative.
The Gender Trust
http://www.gendertrust.org.uk/
A charity that's aim is to help those in the UK who are affected by gender identity disorders.
FTM-Specific Information
FTM Passing Tips
http://www.ftmpassingtips.com/passing.html
Useful for those of us who aren't on T yet, and need a bit of help making sure we look the part.
Hudson's FTM Resource Guide
http://www.ftmguide.org/
FULL of great information. A brilliant resource, thanks mate.
Free Deed Poll
http://freedeedpoll.co.uk/free-deed-poll.cfm
Useful site, allows you to create a fully legal (in the UK) Deed Poll of Name Change, so you don't need to hassle about with lawyer fees. Good for showing you're serious, for one thing, as well as getting those pesky banks and doctors to change your name in their records.
Communities
TransGuys
http://transguys.com/
A webzine for transmen, lots of information, mostly American however.
The UK FTM group/mailing list on Yahoo
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/FTM-UK/
Lovely bunch of blokes, over 500 members so any questions are bound to get answered.
The UK FTM forum-based community
http://www.ftmuk.net/index.php
Another great community, this one's got a lot of nice guys, also has a lot of links and information. Being a forum it's a bit friendlier to use than the Yahoo group, I feel. I'm not sure if the forum and the Yahoo group are affiliated, though.
Transliving International
http://www.transliving.co.uk/
This site seems mainly aimed at MTFs, as far as I can see, but has a lot of useful information for you ladies. However, I personally find the 'About' page's reference to 'cross-dressers' to be at odds with the name 'transliving' as, well, trans isn't about cross-dressing for me, it's about bein treated right by people mainly.
Binding Information/Shops
T-Kingdom
http://www.t-kingdom.com/
Personally, my favourite binder shop. I'm saving for a 1980 as it has FANTASTIC reviews.
Underworks Chest Compression
http://www.underworks.com/products.html#996
I've heard some guys mention this site, apparently the Tri-Top is great.
Packing and Bottom Surgery Information/Shops
Patient's Guide to Phalloplasty Techniques
http://www.andrology.co.uk/downloads/Patient-Guide-To-Phalloplasty.pdf
A PDF with information on the various (current) procedures for bottom surgery in the UK.
STP Fitz
http://www.stp-fitz.org/servlet/StoreFront
Stand-to-pee packer shop. I recommend the nipple designs. They do pale, tanned, and chocolate packers that I think seem pretty acceptable for public bathroom use.
DJ Knows Dicks
http://djknowsdicks.com/
An STP packer site. Also has a useful page telling you how to make a packer that could pass under groping conditions with simple stuff. I also think they're damnably realistic looking in comparison to some things I've seen on the internet!
